Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pharmaceutical Information Systems Association (PISA)
Fulfillment of Services:
Upon receipt of the annual membership dues, the organization is granted full access to all PISA activities and benefits for the membership year. These include access to in-person meetings, curated programming, networking opportunities, group meals and activities, and administrative coordination.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No partial refunds are provided for non-attendance or mid-year withdrawal.
In cases of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., organizational restructuring), partial refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require approval from the PISA Chair.
